- 🌴 自然靜觀體驗：於石垣島海岸與日式庭園古宅中，透過步行、靜坐、冥想，體驗行住坐臥的靜謐。

此旅程由安佳協調組織，為進一步體現公司對員工福祉的重視，我們特別設計了費用分擔機制：員工僅需負擔部分參加費用，其餘尾數由公司主動補助。公司不從中營利，反而願為每一位參加者支付部分費用，以實際行動支持您踏上這段療癒之旅。

Guided by the Southern Cross, embark on a 5-day journey in Ishigaki Island, leaving the hustle and bustle of daily life behind.
Onki Security firmly believes that employee well-being is the foundation of sustainable business. To fulfill our ESG commitment to “Employee Care,” we have specially designed the “Ishigaki Island Coastal Healing Retreat.” Centered around non-religious mindfulness, this retreat allows you to rediscover inner peace and energy amidst the blue ocean and traditional Japanese houses.
This is a purification journey focused on physical and mental reset, a guide to finding inner peace, and a path to rediscovering your own internal North Star.

- 🌴 Experience tranquility in motion and stillness through walking, sitting, and meditation amid the island’s coastal scenery and traditional Japanese garden settings.
- 🌌 Cosmic Energy Connection: Under the southern night sky, participants are invited to experience the energy of the Southern Cross and participate in stargazing and self-healing workshops aimed at enhancing one’s connection with oneself and the universe.
- 🍃 Detox Healthy Cuisine: Savour local organic health ingredients, allowing natural food elements to aid the body in toxin elimination, purifying body and mind from within to restore stable energy.
- 💆 Healing Activities: Daily singing bowl meditation, chakra movement exercises, and herbal baths to reactivate the body's internal functions, alleviate stress, and restore physical and mental balance.

📅 Itinerary Overview
- Accommodations for a duration of five days and four nights: Experience residing in an authentic Japanese house that seamlessly combines elegance with natural surroundings.
- Professional arrangements encompass airport transfers, daily lunches and dinners, singing bowl meditation sessions, stargazing, and self-healing workshops.
- Immersive Healing Experience: From morning singing bowl sessions to night stargazing, daily activities are meticulously curated to help you relieve stress and reestablish a connection with your inner self’s rhythm.

Onki coordinates this journey with a shared commitment to employee well-being. To further reflect our care, we have introduced a cost-sharing arrangement: employees are only required to cover a portion of the participation fee, while the Company will subsidize the remaining balance. Onki does not profit from this activity; instead, we proactively contribute to making this healing journey accessible to you.
